Keiko JLPT Coach is a mobile study app from JLPTPracticeTest.com. This policy explains how we handle information for the app and related mobile API features.
Information we collect
Keiko JLPT Coach stores account details, sign-in identifiers, selected JLPT level, practice attempts, saved mistakes, review status, confidence ratings, progress summaries, purchase entitlement status, AI prompts, AI responses, and user-submitted AI reports.
How AI explanations work
When you ask Keiko for help, the app may send your prompt, question text, answer choices, selected answer, correct answer, JLPT level, and skill area to AI service providers so an explanation can be generated. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts.
How we use information
We use information to operate the app, sync progress, provide mistake review, generate explanations, verify purchases, maintain security, improve the study experience, respond to support requests, and review abuse or safety reports.
Payments
iOS subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We receive purchase status and entitlement information so Keiko Pro can be unlocked in the app. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, authentication, AI explanations, payment verification, support, and security.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the mobile app. Deleting your account removes your account and synced study data from active systems, subject to normal backup, fraud prevention, payment, tax, security, and legal retention requirements.
