Keiko JLPT Coach is the AI-assisted study service from JLPTPracticeTest.com. This policy explains how we handle information across the website, mobile app, and related APIs.
Information we collect
Keiko JLPT Coach stores account details, sign-in identifiers, selected JLPT level, practice attempts, saved mistakes, review status, confidence ratings, progress summaries, purchase entitlement status, AI prompts, AI responses, and user-submitted AI reports. Website analytics may also record random browser and session identifiers, landing path, pages and content viewed, button interactions, referrer host, and basic device information. For signed-in users, some events may be associated with account identifiers so progress and purchases can be measured across the study journey.
How AI explanations work
When you ask Keiko for help on the website or in the app, we may send your prompt, question text, answer choices, selected answer, correct answer, JLPT level, and skill area to AI service providers so an explanation can be generated. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website and app, sync progress, provide mistake review, generate explanations, verify purchases, maintain security, improve the study experience, respond to support requests, and review abuse or safety reports.
Payments
Website purchases are processed by Stripe, and iOS subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We receive purchase status and entitlement information so paid features can be unlocked. We do not receive your full payment card details from these payment processors.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, authentication, AI explanations, payment verification, support, and security.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the mobile app or contact support through JLPTPracticeTest.com. Deleting your account removes your account and synced study data from active systems, subject to normal backup, fraud prevention, payment, tax, security, and legal retention requirements.
