These terms apply to JLPT Practice Test and Keiko JLPT Coach on the JLPTPracticeTest.com website and mobile app.
Who we are
JLPT Practice Test (JLPTPracticeTest.com) and Keiko JLPT Coach are run by S-Block Technologies. For support, refunds or questions about these terms, email support@jlptpracticetest.com.
Use of the service
Keiko JLPT Coach provides JLPT-style practice, mistake review, progress tracking, and AI-assisted explanations for Japanese learners on the JLPTPracticeTest.com website and mobile app. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for keeping your account secure.
AI explanations
Keiko explanations are AI-assisted and can be incomplete or incorrect. They are study guidance only. You should verify important grammar, vocabulary, and exam decisions before relying on them.
Subscriptions
Keiko Pro bought on JLPTPracticeTest.com is a subscription processed by Stripe. There are three web plans: Keiko Pro Monthly (US$4.99/mo) renews every month, and Keiko Pro Annual (US$39.99/yr) and Complete Bundle + Keiko Pro (US$49.99/yr) renew every year. Each plan renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile with "Manage Subscription". Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep Keiko Pro until the end of the month or year you already paid for. The JLPT Exam Pass (December 2026) is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It never renews, and its Keiko Pro access ends on Dec 7, 2026. Keiko Pro subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple and renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are managed and canceled through Apple or Google Play.
Refunds
Purchases made on JLPTPracticeTest.com come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This covers study materials, the JLPT Exam Pass (December 2026), and each Keiko Pro payment on every web plan (Keiko Pro Monthly, Keiko Pro Annual and Complete Bundle + Keiko Pro), including monthly and yearly renewals. If a purchase doesn't help you feel more prepared for the JLPT, email support@jlptpracticetest.com within 30 days of that payment for a full refund. No questions asked. A refund ends the access that payment bought, and a refunded Keiko Pro plan does not renew. Refunds for purchases made in the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple or Google Play under their own policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or bypass protected systems, scrape private APIs, reverse engineer protected systems, share abusive content, or use Keiko to generate harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the mobile app or by emailing support@jlptpracticetest.com. Deletion removes your account and synced study data from active systems, subject to normal backup, payment, tax, security, and legal retention requirements.
No official JLPT affiliation
Keiko JLPT Coach and JLPTPracticeTest.com are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Japan Foundation or Japan Educational Exchanges and Services.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
