These terms apply to Keiko JLPT Coach, the mobile study app from JLPTPracticeTest.com.
Use of the service
Keiko JLPT Coach provides JLPT-style practice, mistake review, progress tracking, and AI-assisted explanations for Japanese learners. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for keeping your account secure.
AI explanations
Keiko explanations are AI-assisted and can be incomplete or incorrect. They are study guidance only. You should verify important grammar, vocabulary, and exam decisions before relying on them.
Subscriptions
Keiko Pro subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles payment, cancellation, refund, and billing settings.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or bypass protected systems, scrape private APIs, reverse engineer protected systems, share abusive content, or use Keiko to generate harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the mobile app. Deletion removes your account and synced study data from active systems, subject to normal backup, payment, tax, security, and legal retention requirements.

Keiko JLPT Coach and JLPTPracticeTest.com are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Japan Foundation or Japan Educational Exchanges and Services.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
