Delete your account
Keiko JLPT Coach is made by S-Block Technologies. Your Keiko account is also your JLPTPracticeTest.com account, so deleting it removes it in both places.
Delete it in the app
- Open Keiko JLPT Coach and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Under Help and legal, choose Delete account and confirm.
Delete it without the app
Email support@jlptpracticetest.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Keiko account". We delete the account and reply when it is done.
What we delete
Your account details and sign-in identifiers, your JLPT level, practice attempts, saved mistakes, review and progress data, AI prompts and responses, reports you sent from the app, and the App Store and Google Play purchase records linked to your account.
What we keep
Records of purchases made on JLPTPracticeTest.com (email address, product, amount and date) are kept for payment, tax and fraud prevention for as long as the law requires.
Cancel subscriptions first
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Keiko Pro in your Apple Account subscription settings or in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.
