来週(らいしゅう) means “next week.” 今週 is this week and 先週 is last week.
学校(がっこう) is the standard spelling for “school.”
電車に乗ります means “get on/take the train.” The particle に marks what is boarded.
で marks the place where an action happens: cooking in the kitchen.
きのう requires the past negative form 行きませんでした: “did not go.”
Attach たい to the verb stem: 食べます → 食べたいです, “want to eat.”
The message says 午前10時に駅の前で会いましょう, so they will meet in front of the station.
さとうさん wants to eat lunch at a nearby restaurant after the library.
